My number one piece of advice is do not buy any traffic from the people that say "10,000 hits for $9.95" It all a crock of #$*%, seriously. It sounds like you don't want to do that anyway, but just in case you were curious and just wanted to sacrfice the ten bucks just to see - Save your money. Really though there is no good answer to your question. Google adwords is great but you have to pay 8 cents or more for a good click. The best thing I have found is 7 search. I dont know why they are not more popular because I have been buying 1 cent clicks from them for a year now and they are "real" clicks. My CTR is 22% on my parked pages. I put a link for them on my site www.stellartraffic.com on the "time to monetize page" at the bottom, you should check it out. I honestly don't know how well there traffic converts when you selling a product because all my money is made from ppc, but the traffic is definalty real. They claim to be better at protecting agianst click fraud better than google and from what I see from my results I can believe that.
