Besides, you should always check whether your link partners have been banned by Google or not. This is because your link partner may be doing some black hat SEO and they have been banned by Google. If you are linking with a partner whose blog has been banned by Google, you will be banned too. You need Google Toolbar to check it.
Forums are also things that you need to involve youself more. You should comment more on dofollow forums with dofollow signature. Examples are Warrior Forum, Dream Team Money and 5star Affiliate Forum. Commenting on these forums will allow you to get one-way backlinks.
Article marketing is also a good and effective way which allows you to get one-way backlinks. If you have the writing skill, this will be the best method for you. Submit more articles to article directories will let you have more quality backlinks, as well as drive targeted traffic to your blog.
Other facts which you need to consider in SEO are quality content and update your blog often. Search engines like blogs which have many quality content and fresh content. Never copy other people’s content. Get the idea from there and innovate it instead of copying.

What're some good tips to advance at McDonald's?
I currently work at McD’s as a crew member but I know advancement within such a huge comany could be quite lucrative! What’re some good tips for advancing up the McDonald’s ladder? Current or past McD managers and other officials prefered, and/or geneal know-its.

First of all, being someone that pretty much wasted 18 years of my life working at McDonald’s, BE SURE YOU ARE WORKING AT A CORPORATE STORE! If you are working for a franchise, you will make it to store manager, and if the owner owns four or five stores, one of the managers may get promoted to supervisor, if the owner choses not to retain that position for him/herself. That’s all the further you can ever go, working for a franchise. Corporate does not hire licensees employees.
On the other hand, working for a corporate owned store, there is no limit to how far you can go. Current and former people on the board of directors have literally started out cooking hamburgers.
If you are already employeed by a franchisee, typically you will have to wait six months before you can be hired by a corporate-owned store. If you really, really, want to work for and advance at McDonald’s, you may have to find a job pumping gas or something else to wait out your six months.
Next, if you are already working on the corporate side, be sure to befriend as many people that are at your own level as possible. Then, when it gets right down to to who is going to get promoted and who is not, STAB THEM IN THE BACK! Corporate types really dig that stuff. Make sure your superior is aware of any dirt possible on all of your co-workers, make up stuff if you have to.
Remember the old addage: "If you want to get to the top, you have to kiss a lot of bottom."
