    Providing something people want is always a good idea, from looking at your website, it’s been done to death. Random videos and stuff doesn’t pull people in, they look and leave. I think you need a new selling point for your website before you can expect record visitors.

    getting into higher ranked search engines could help but just putting a site online doesn’t help you have to understand how they work.

    eg

    search engines use crawlers to scout links and follow them and index them the key word is follow them.

    your site may link to others but unless others link to you search engines won’t find you as easily. The more sites link to you the higher up the rankings you place. This means that if your site was about clouds and the user typed clouds into google the more sites link to you the higher up the list you appear. The more people visit your site. Look online for free search engine submission there are sites out there that submit your URL for free to over 300 search engines.
