I wish to buy web traffic that converts. I do not want to use google adwords. Any recommendations?
Yahoo has a similar program to adwords if you don’t like adwords. Or search for other smaller companies but then it is hard to trust them. However there are tons of free ways to get web traffic that is targeted. Do research. Submit to search engines. Join and use social networking sites and forums. Good luck

In my experience theres no real good place to buy traffic because the visitors you get are not targeted.
