Wow man you only download at 30kb/s? max is 150kb/s!?
i would suggest changing interent companys that is way to slow or also maybe upgrade your computer if it is old because them speeds arent nice

I’m not sure about free, but you can go to sites like facebook, myspace, etc. and put ads there for fairly cheap…. and a lot of people are on those sites.
