If you have traffic counts using specific methods and techniques, please include stats.

I get 72% of my traffic from the major 3 search engine queries (approximately 50% of that from Yahoo, 35% from Google and 15% from M.S.N)…. 18% of my traffic comes from inbound links and the rest from promoting my site (forums, blogs etc.) Of course I designed my site for Yahoo and regularly submit my url to the 3 search engines and have regular updated content These stats are the most recent, and vary within 5%

I have a web site for my local transporation service that get’s about 800 hits per month and generates many new customers. I’m trying to do the same thing with a site in the vitamin industry. Key words are much more competative and expensive. Any sugesstions?

Right now, being a traffic-newbie, all I can think of is:
Billboards, Television spots, etc, all of which are: expensive.
