How to improve my website traffic?
I have a website thats a little over a month old. At first the traffic was steadily increasing. Now I’m hardly getting any hits at all. I’ve tried submitting articles, sighned up to directories and search engines, put videos on youtube and have participated in places such as blogcatalog. Those that have seen my site and blog really liked it yet still I’m hardly getting any traffic? What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it ?
Wow! You’ve been busy!
You are definitely on the right track. Submitting articles, signing up for key directories and search engines, posting videos on YouTube and participating in blogging and social media are all great activities for increasing your traffic.
First of all, it’s important to understand that these strategies take some time. What you’re doing is building inbound links, which work because, when search engines find all these links to your site, they figure you must be important and rank you higher than other sites. When you think of it that way, it’s obvious that there’s going to be lag time between your link-building activities and the accompanying increase in traffic.
You should keep all this up and trust the process. Meanwhile, take a look at your content and make sure people won’t be disappointed by what they find. No amount of link building will save a site that is scattered, disorganized or hard to use.
Last, but not least, keep an eye on your web traffic. Oftentimes, you can mine your site stats to figure out what’s working and what isn’t. That should help you refine your strategy going forward.
Keep up the good work, and good luck!
Can you Make Money When your Web Traffic is Routed to Error 404 Page?
Have you ever visited a website, but typed in the wrong
url after the domain name? What did you see?
Chances are you saw a generic page that said something
like, “The page cannot be displayed,” or “Not Found,”
or “The requested URL was not found on this server.”
This page is what is more commonly known as the 404 Error
Page. It is the page that shows up by default when
someone ‘accidentally’ types in the address of the page
they are looking for on your site incorrectly.
That being the case, Can you make money when your Web Traffic is routed to the Error 404″ web page?
Now, in many cases, it truly happens by mistake. However,
in many other instances, people end up on this page
because they are snooping around trying to look for your
download page or thank you’ page without having to pay
or opt-in. Kind of shady, but people do it.
So, Why not capitalize on this two possible scenario,
whether they are doing it purposely or they are truly
ending up there by accident.
If you have your own website that get a reasonable amount
traffic, there will be time some of your visitors could be ending up on that page. Now, if they are seeing the generic message that their browser shows them when it happens, then you are not making good use of your web real estate.
Every page of your website can put money in your pocket.
Even your 404 error page. You can customize that page
just like any other page on your website.
The benefits is yours to reap and keep.

-Making a special offer at a discounted price page.
-Making it a squeeze page.
-Making it an Adsense page.
-Redirecting it to a related affiliate product page.
Those are just a few of the many different, yet profitable
type of ways you can make good use of your 404 error page.
It won’t make you rich, but it definitely will put some extra money in your account. Maybe it will help you pay one of your bills, or you can just reinvest it into your business.
Either way, if you don’t customize this page, you can be
leaving money on the table. Having something for your
visitors to see when they accidentally end up on that page
is extremely more beneficial to you then having the Error 404′ message shown on that page.

Will Web Traffic Help get people to buy my ebooks?
I bought web traffic 1,000 im wondering will it help make people by my ebooks its a simple web site on freewebs you can check it out and tell me. freewebs.com/hotebooks
Where can i put the ebooks up and sell them?
Any clue where i can get hacker safe thing or something that can make them trust the site? Im low on cash so im trying to sell these ebooks i put all my money into it.
I’m not sure what ‘web traffic 1,000′ is – does that mean you bought 1,000 visitors to your website? If this is the case… I’m sorry to say that you’ve likely wasted that money. Buying traffic rarely leads to anything except wasted bandwidth….
As for your website, I would skip over getting any seals or anything to enhance the trustworthiness of your website. Your "website" is hosted in a subfolder of a free hosting service, that does not build credibility.
I understand that not having a lot of money can really set you back, but I don’t think you should expect any great results with your setup.
I think something that would help you out immensely is this, go to the warrior forum:
http://warriorforum.com
signup and read around. You can also post a thread there asking for advice; there are many self-made multi-millionaires and other online successes there that are willing to help out the "little guy". For the most part, this is a very newbie-friendly forum.
You could try to do everything on your own, by starting from scratch, or you could seek out help from people who work in the field and make money, many of them starting out from a place where they didn’t have two nickles to rub together.
That’s my advice… hopefully it’ll help you out.
